They are really nice, but their checkin system online goes down a lot and they get swamped.

This is the first time I went to this Supercut location and I am really upset with the service provided to me yesterday. The person named Don or Dan is extremely rude and unprofessional. 1. I told him that I comb my hair in a certain way so if he could cut it that way. He replied that, "I will just make your hair short and you do what ever style you want." I was surprised at his response as this isn't a response you get from the person cutting your hair. I should have walked out at that very moment but I waited patiently. 2. While trimming my beard, he went on saying, "you have curly beard and I can't make it any smaller than that." I have had my beard trimmed at other supercuts but they never had any issue with my beard being curly before. 3. When I asked him to line up the edge of my beard I was told that they have only cosmetologist licence and if I want to have my beard lined up, I should go and find a barber. He then proceeded to hand me the machine telling me "Or if you want you can do it yourself." 4. Also, the clipper that he was using seemed to be so blunt that my hair was continuously being caught and pulled by it when he was cutting my hair. All this while I was talking nicely to him however, his responses were so rude and very unprofessional. It seemed that he just wanted to get over with the process in which ever way HE wanted and was not prepared to listen to what I as a customer was asking. His added and unwarranted comments about me "wanting to look good for going out today" was uncalled for. We should be told in advance that the employees are not barber's but are just cosmetologists who cannot do certain things that a barber does and also rate the prices only according to what the cosmetologists do. In this case, I was billed way more than I should have for that poor service of just trimming the hair and beard while better service provided by other supercuts is cheaper. The price would not be an issue if the job is done properly and customers are treated professionally. I would not recommend this place at all and rating it 1 star is still way too much for what I experienced. Thank You.

Been getting my hair trimmed here every three weeks since 2020. Super happy with the style and service here. The staff work hard and are friendly and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend.
