What a bunch of sweethearts. Ive been there twice now, both times differnt stylist. Had a great experience. They took their time and were thorough. I'll be the first to say supercuts can be a hit or miss....this one's a hit for sure.

I like to use supercuts online appointment system to make appointments with Kim. She is using metal nozzles (old school and I love it) to make my haircut always nice and sharp.

Growing my hair out so asked for minimal trim, but she barely cut anything at all... definitely still had split ends feathering on the sides. Wondering if we can take a mulligan and try again since I'll be starting a new job soon, would be nice to get something viable for the $25 I spent, of which maybe should include a little advice as to what sort of haircut I should have gotten?
