In love with my apartment and my river view. The building is super quiet and all the amenities and hallways are maintained so well. The kitchen is my favorite part of my apartment. It’s definitely the largest kitchen out of any apartment I’ve seen. I feel like I’m living in a 5 star hotel with how amazing all the common spaces are and how awesome it is having the Optimist in front of the building. The garage is probably the nicest out of all the buildings in town. Really large spaces and direct access to your floor which is so convenient. They also have security in front of the gate all the time which is super comforting. Living on the river is so quiet and peaceful and moving to this building was honestly the best decision. The maintenance supervisor is also the absolute best

It would take the page to share all of the positives about The Griff. The amazing amenities, state-of-the-art spaces (apartments, and throughout the property) & design, combined with the seriously stellar-staff, can't be found anywhere else in the Nash area & beyond, (trust me, I've looked, as have many I know, recently). Kelley, is incredible! Any issues one might have, she'll spend the time to somehow find the solutions. I'd vote for Kelley if she were running! Courtney is also such a class-act who is tremendously helpful. And, a lot of managers could take lessons from Brittney, she's the best of the best. The Griff is really lucky to have her and her team. When a city grows as quickly as Nashville has over the past few years, and sales + rentals jump to crazy prices overnight, one typically gets a lot less for their money. The Griff, however, offers what other properties in the area have yet to find a way to ... quality, (definitely the sweetest-digs around) & value ... (+ cool neighbors)! Ok, I did take the page, blame Kelley, Courtney, Brittney, and The Griff, for being so awesome!

I scheduled a tour for Saturday February 27th. We arrived a little early and wanted to do our tour a little early. We were outside in the rain for 20 minutes. The door to the office was locked. There was no sign on the door. We called the office line SEVERAL times via our phones and the video spot next to the main door. Nobody answered. Extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism as I was in town from MS to tour apartments. EDITED to say that we did wait until our scheduled time plus about 3 minutes, and then we left.
