Our stay was just okay. We waited 10 minutes at the desk for check-in. An employee finally materialized from the elevator to check us in after about 10 minutes. We requested a first floor room which was not honored. The room was just okay. Key areas seemed clean. Bed linens appeared to be clean, but had some older stains that should have rendered them to the garbage. Bathroom was acceptably clean. The fridge wasn't maintaining proper temp and the plug by the beds didn't work. AC and hot water worked great. However, the floor hasn't been cleaned and the furniture hadn't been pulled out or cleaned under in quite a while. The hotel clearly caters to longer term guests. There's some very questionable people in and around this area. We were just passing by and looking for a hot shower and a bed to rest and this did meet those expectations, but it didn't deliver over and above those expectations. I don't think I'd spend a week with my family here. I'd jump for something better for sure. Seems like we overpaid quite a bit, even with booking in advance with a promo code.

No water. Not very clean counter tops and floors. Phone doesn't work so can't call front desk. Leaving for Dr. Appt so stopped at front desk to tell them needed more towels and wash rags since can't call front desk. Instead of taking them up handed them to me to take up myself. Fridge barely cool. Super small bathroom. Won't stay here again.

Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. But when we went to check in the room wasn't ready and over an hour later when we finally got to our room, it had never been cleaned. Trash and towels everywhere. They gave us another room, but it was very poorly cleaned. Cigarette burns all over sheets and blankets along with blood stains that didnt wash out and hair still all over the sheets. There was also hair all over the tub. We drove 8 and a half hours and didn't have time to find another hotel before having to be at an event we drove e down for, so we just delt with it.

The staff friendly and kind much to my surprise. The hotel room could not have been a bigger disappointment. Mold, spider webs, mildew, broken tiles in the shower, actual holes in the shower wall allow water to run into it, air-conditioning smelled of dust, cigarettes, and mildew. Further examination of the air-conditioning vents (dust build-up, and mold). This is hardly a hotel and exactly what you would expect to find at a nightly rate of $55 and no more.
