I have had the best experience with renting an apartment in this complex. The leasing team were very helpful and informative. The management team immediately got the application handled. The apartment was spotless when I moved in thanks to maintenance. Very happy with my choice.

Absolutely love these apartments! All the ladies in the office are so friendly and go out of their way to help you with what they can. Samantha has been so helpful with setting me up with a great apartment. The complex is clean and well kept. I love that they have a dog park that is maintained for my pup. And the gym is amazing!

Recently moved in and there were several things needing improvement in the apartment. Big concerns were mold/ mildew in the bathrooms, broken dishwasher, broken crisper bin in fridge, broken closet door, and a couple electrical safety issues. I did receive notice that maintenance was a little behind. That was much appreciated! 10 days later the maintenance guy arrived, Jason (Jay). He was very friendly, professional, and sympathetic towards my concerns. He repaired what he could during the visit, explained the repairs, and made note of what needed to be completed on next visit. Thanks to Jay for excellent customer service!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The new management will try everything to get money from you. Little alone raising the rent over $500 if you want to renew. Literally go anywhere else this place has been ruined by the new management
