To Whom It May Concern: The problems with the complex plain and simple is the lack of resources provided to the property by the owners but the managing staff is helpful and resourceful. The apartments have not been upgraded with newer appliances or up to date cabinets or anything of that matter in the last 10 plus years. Secondly it’s the tenants that don’t care for nor take responsibility for their actions in the community. Parent allowing children to dump trash unattended creates health and wildlife hazards. Shooting and violent crime has been on the rise and has been a constant. Slow response times by ACSO and lack of community support to stop the ongoing conflict has given this community a bad reputation. Below are photos of the dumpster area where RESIDENTS PILED TRASH NEAR A DUMPSTER AND BLAMED IT ON WILDLIFE. We have an alligator and wild boar issue from residents not properly disposing their trash. Ms. Terica and Mrs.Tammie are very helpful but get low compliance from residents on helping keep the community looking good and being a positive place for people to live.

I have to say Property Manager is very helpful and has turned the apartment into a better place, But Our disruption comes from the office staff she has working in her office Who is Tammy, she very rude and obnoxious and likes to cut you off when your in mid sentence talking, as a older woman she has no manners at all, not even with the older tentents , I be glad to get my grand mother out and away from her She has bad Vibes and Bad energy and I ask the Lord to touch her heart and put some love and patience in her job . I'm not the only one who feels this way that I spoke with who lives there and im sure I won't be the last, I just have the nerve to speak up and others feel like if they do it will create issues with there living situations, Thank you Terrica for being a up most respectful young lady as a Manger who DOES have manners. and cares about her tentents
