Bellamay Grand has gone downhill considerably since I moved in a few years back. Most recently, Bellamay Grand is charging me $80 to fix a bathroom door. I put in a work order for my bathroom door early in 2022 (the top of the door was sticking to the door jamb). A few months went by and I put in additional work orders, but still no one came to repair the door. Naturally, the issue worsened over time (see photos) and the door literally fell apart. What started as a small issue became a huge issue due to their inaction. Now management is telling me that I broke it and they won’t give me a bathroom door until I pay up. When I asked about the work orders I had been putting in, they didn’t have a response. However, they did tell me that I didn’t mention the broken bathroom door in 2018 when I moved in, so this is my issue, even though the issue with the door didn’t start until 2022. My time machine is currently in the shop, so for now I’ll just have to pay the $80. My AC broke on 5/3/22 and wasn’t fully repaired until 6/7/2022. I don’t think that the apartment complex is legally obligated to provide air conditioning, so that’s whatever. However, their initial repair caused the AC to run 24/7. The repairman turned up about a week later to get it to stop and my electric bill for the month was over double what it should be. Is that 100% their fault? No, but it certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. Heaven knows I’m not the perfect tenant, but even if I was it would probably still take weeks to get anything fixed. For example the kitchen lighting fixture pictured in this review took months to fix entirely. I had no lights in my kitchen for weeks. The office will do whatever it takes to make sure you can’t contact them, and when you do manage to get in touch, they’ll be so nasty that you regret calling in the first place. They can sometimes be super sweet and super considerate, but you just never know which version of them you’re going to get. Expect retaliation if you kick up too much of a fuss. . Pros: It's cheap.

My family and I was wrongfully, mishandled in this unexpected crisis from a very rude, disrespectful, not willing to negotiate to maintain a dwelling place for my family. On 08/26/22 the bright skin lady who drives the black Jeep, she really violated me as a Professional, Frontline worker, underestimated me, judges me wrongfully, and NO UNDERSTANDING during this time of Pandemic and Inflation. I pray Justice be serve upon her. She didn't care about my family and I. She was/is rude and totally disrespectful. Her team follows her wrong doing and they will not be bless in this manner from God. Jesus Christ will not would've put us out like that. We never did nothing to her or her team. She wants what's bad for my family and I, God has better for His children of God. I believe even in the midst of us being Homeless now while we pursue better. In Jesus Christ name, He will take care of us! I pray for her because on 08/26/22, I did see, she has a lot of personal issues going on with her, and she takes it to work and compare herself with the Tenants under her authority. That's very WRONG!!! I will never forget August. 26, 2022 due to Bellamay Grand violating the Fair Housing Act. Lauren, I never expected for you to walk by my family and I with your wrong sight of eye towards us. All we ever did was be kind to you Lauren with Compassion and you walked passed us like we never spoke with you, laughed together, and brought gifts for one another. You personally Know that Lee and Sherry isn't what your other colleagues say/think of us. God does have His way of doing things. To God be the Glory any oh How!!!!!!! God has his Hands on my family and I. We are STRONG believers in Christ. We're just another JOB from God's word. GOD WILL PROVIDE!! Oh yeah, shout out to the woman upstairs who drives the Silver, Nissan truck. You're a Life Saver!!! I pray God give you every prayer you seek Him for. We slept well b/c of you, our clothes are safe because of you, and we were able to stay safely, sanitary connected together because of your obedience from God. Once again, "I say Thank you!" LT. Hood, thank you for not hand cupping me due to I nearly was saved in my mind! Sgt. Thomas, thanks for being a spokesman on my behalf and sweating hard for me in the sun...It was a day!
