I lived in this complex, called “The Nook” before, for about 3 years. Under the most recent management, with Yatoyia Long, the complex went from having organized, helpful staff to chaos. They cancelled everyone’s renewals with minimum warning, refused allowing subleases for any remaining time, closed down amenities like the pool indefinitely, directed demolition during and after working hours without regard for those still there, and I personally even had trouble having them uphold the rights of my lease from other roommates (things like getting locked out of the apartment without warning by manual locks). Any time I had concerns with management, I would be completely disregarded. 0/10 would not recommend.

3000 Bathurst

I used to live here as a student in 2018/19. Best location in town close to Butler Plaza. I used to drive there all the time and was such a pleasure being so close to all the retail. There was a beautiful pool and well equipped gym which I see from the pictures was all redone. The units were bright and spacious and I can imagine how nice they are now after the renovation. Would love to go tour the property to bring back all the great memories!

The new management company is rude and unhelpful, didn’t send emails when their payment portal was down, created chaos for everyone that they forced to move out. My experience with centric on 34th was unpleasant and unprofessional to say the least I do not recommend.
