My daughter recently applied in December 2021, after paying the application fee about 10 days later came and email for her Id verify. January 2022 my daughter contact Art Craft the corporate office and which they stated she had 24 HOURS TO COMPLETE THE ID VERIFY. YET IN THE EMAIL CAME NO INSTRUCTIONS, NO TIME FRAME OR WHATS NEXT AFTER SHE SUBMIT. SO CORPORATE HAD HER TO RESEND INFO DUE TO CORPORATE SAYING THEY WOULD REOPEN THE APPLICATION TO DO NOTHING. NOW FEBUARY. SHE HAS EMAILED CORPORATE TWICE NO RESPONSE, IT DOES NO GOOD TO CALL TIGER Bay they hang up or don't answer.

Does management ever answer the phone???? I call multiple times a day, leave voice mails and nothing. What is cooperates number? This is unbelievable.
