The Retreat at Magnolia Parke has great proximity to grocery stores, specialty shops, restaurants, lovely walkways, medical facilities; yet, it's peaceful and quiet. The warm, helpful staff makes you feel part of an extended family. The grounds, facilities, and buildings are well-maintained. Highly recommended!

We cannot speak highly enough about it here! We love our new apartment and the move in process was seamless. The grounds are well cared for and you can see they really take pride in the complex. A special shoutout to Lucy who showed us the apartment on multiple occasions and was always helpful in answering any questions we had during the application and move in process. She was always so cheerful to speak to on the phone or in person and was always quick to get back to you if you had any questions or doubts.

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!
Yes! Simply click on the Apply Now button on the community page you’re interested in and then it’s as easy as following the instructions.
Once you’ve chosen a community, click on the “Tour Your Way” button to request a tour. You can set up a time to talk with an agent or ask for additional information to be emailed or sent via text message.
When you’re ready to apply, click on the Apply Now button to begin the application process. Follow the instructions to fill out the application and hit submit when you’re ready. You can also return to your application by clicking on the Resident Login button if you don’t complete your application on your first attempt.
