The Thrifty rep at the airport was willing to wait for our late flight arrival past their 12:00 midnight closing so that we could pickup our car rental. He recommended that we provide him updates on our flight arrival. Very much appreciated! Everything would have been perfect except for the mid-size sedan that we reserved had to be substituted with a Chrysler Pacifica mini-van which was much bigger than we needed. But we didn't need to pay extra for the upgrade.

My experience with Thrifty was so much easier and better then any other car rental business. No down payment, I can use my debit card and the price was great! The car was clean and my booking was fast and easy!

Usually have a reservation with different agencies. After waiting half an hour for an Uber that never got close to the airport we decided to rent. Thrifty was the only agency with cars. No corporate rate so price was almost twice other agencies. The trainee helping us was nice but the process was laborious. The car’s fuel gauge did not read as full when we got the car but we filled it to not be charged the exorbitant 150% mark up on gas prices. When we returned the car we were charge another full day’s rent because it was a bit past the cut off. We were never informed of the cutoff time or the penalty - and the rate wasn’t even prorated for the time We actually had the car. Turns out it was not “thrifty” at all to use this agency and we will not use Thrifty or Dollar again.

Great experience! I got the 'surprise' car for a great deal. It was $35 a day. What I got, a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk. Awesome little car. Super smooth. Fun to drive. Put gas in it and returned it. The staff was super helpful, fast and attentive. Would recommend, thank you!
