The customer service from Darden was First Class! Arrived 10 minutes after I called to let them know I had arrived at the Car Repair place. He is very personable and efficient, well spoken and polite. The whole transaction took 10 minutes and I was off to get back to work! I have had outstanding customer also back in my when I first had my wreck in May, at the Market St/Cinema Drive location also. Brandon, Chris, Cory are all First Class as well. I ONLY will rent from Enterprise after the Platinum level customer service I have received!

As a part of a club that travels to competitions around the southeast, we have recently decided to travel together as a group. To do this, we started renting a 15 passenger van. We have now rented a van on a handful of occasions and our experience has been awesome. The folks at the 2309 College Road, Wilmington, NC 28412 office are great to work with and do go out of their way to accommodate needs and schedules. The vehicles have been in great shape, have been ready at pick up times and I believe the rate is reasonable. I highly recommend this location and team for rentals.
