We are members of the Welness Center. We don't live there. Beautiful facilities! The Membership fees for the Welness Center are pretty pricey.

I do not live there but have done work on their property multiple times. The management and residents are both so pleasant to work with and fun to be around. It's awesome to see such active and energetic seniors. The definitely showed how retirement living should look!

My wife and I have been looking a retirement communities in Wilmington for over 2 years. After visiting Cambridge Village, we knew we have found the right place. The facility is top notch, the staff is friendly and we loved the indoor pool and fitness center. We spoke to a number of residents that can't say enough about the place. Best of all, it is with in walking distance to the best shopping in Wilmington, Mayfair. We were very impressed.

Our active community caters to independent adults, but residents are welcome to join us at any point in their care journey. Our flexible, “a la carte” style menu of services ensure that every resident receives the care from experienced staff members. Concierge care can provide memory care services up to a certain level unless the community is not longer considered as a safe environment for their memory needs. We provide Concierge Care as needed, and staff a medical team in our Center for Optimal Wellness. Have you considered Hospice? Most hospice facilities offer a one week respite care (yes, to give caregivers a break) in addition to end of life care.
