I have a mom who lives with me and sometimes we need to go away for a week or less do you have a plan that would let them stay at your faculties.

Have you considered Hospice? Most hospice facilities offer a one week respite care (yes, to give caregivers a break) in addition to end of life care.

What's the average age of residents?

It's more of a long term facility, independent living apartments, with community support on site. It may be possible but I don't believe they typically do that
