It’s 2:55pm on a Saturday and I need to do a quick Amazon Return. The lady waves me off though the door and says they are closed. The business hour says 3pm. Poor business practice

My Personal Dox

My daughter went with two small poly bags to mail. The clerk asked if she wanted Tuesday or Wednesday. Her response was there is no rush so Wednesday is fine. They charged her $90! When someone says there is no rush they should be given the ground rate. It was her first time mailing a package, so she didn't know there were options. She trusted the clerk. Whether the clerk made an honest mistake or the store was taking advantage is unclear. The Manager's response when I called was 'Well, it's a he said/she said situation.' There is no way that's what this is. When a customer says there is no rush, that is black and white. I am so offended by the store and the Manager's response that we will not be using their services again.

The workers were so incompetent they couldn’t even do a print job i submitted ahead of time. I literally waited 20 minutes and nobody in the store knew how to complete a print job. UPDATE: There was no way to even select a time to pick up online when I placed the order! Furthermore whoever is responding to the google reviews just earned you a corporate complaint! Now how about you work on that refund I never received.
