Employees are one of the main assets to the company and this location has that figured out. Absolute great set of guys. Colby, Joseph, Austin, literally everyone I have dealt with. They are transparent & pre-warn you of potential fees & deposits, i.e. you don't need to read all the small print on your contract b/c they cover it, they are understanding of your needs vs what and how they can supply and generally they just have great personalities all together. I've been in when they were slow and when they were so busy they didn't have enough people to answer phones, shuttle people, show cars, sign in cars and I think I felt more of the stress from them being swamped than them. They just kept trucking through with smiles on their faces & got the job done. The building is clean, they know their vehicles, their customers and work well and support one another. From the outside looking in they seem to have a great team lined up. If I owned my own business in sales I'd be trying to recruit or follow their model plan. Hope the LLC takes care of these guys & offers upward mobility & good pay. Decided to try them out this summer for my vacation rental needs since air travel is so wishy washy these days and they knocked it out of the park 3/3 times. Enterprise earned themselves a regular.

I called to ask how much car would be for 3 days. They dont have any cars how the bleep do they not have any cars? Like - that's your whole thing is to have cars to rent. That's your whole busness. Right? Oh she told me after I had asked a bunch of stuff. THE >_< also pretty sure she didnt even work at the location I was calling. :P~
