My insurance set me up with enterprise after droppingof my vehicle. They didn't any cars available and just left me stranded. Out of all the locations in wilmington nc not one had a car the whole day. I don't recommend Enterprise if you can help it.

I have rented twice through this location after a wreck I was in, in May 2022. Brandon, Chris, and Corey gave me First Class Customer Service both times! They go above and beyond with excellent communication and expedited service. My insurance company sent the approval for my second set of repairs and rental, and I called them to check in, as I was taking my car to the collision center. I gave them an ETA, then called them when I arrived, and my rental car pulled up 10 minutes after I arrived. These gentleman are so personable and accommodating, I will ONLY rent from Enterprise because of the outstanding customer service they have given me twice now! As a single working Mom with no family close by, I know I am in good hands with the staff at this location. Thank you guys, so very much!

The van was already scheduled for pickup. I arrived earlier than planned but I was able to take the van. Spent a total of 15 minutes. In and out and on my way. Great service. Staff is very friendly and eager to please. This is located on Market Street. I always take my business there.

The staff was very good, friendly and knowledgeable about the car I rented. The car was clean and in great shape. The whole process was quick seemless and easy. I have used this location before and each time I have a had a good experience. I highly recommend them.
