Several elderly people living in this residence that was promoted by local government officials are dissatisfied with its management and practices. Despite it being sold to the community as a senior residence their rent increases when a large majority of the occupants are on a fixed income. They do not have access to all the amenities that were promised and management is wholly unresponsive to their grievances. Many occupants sold their homes in the area to live here and are being priced out by rent increases. They are uncertain of the consequences of speaking up about the false claims made by this place and are not getting an adequate response from the local officials that should be trying to protect them from these types of pitfalls in their retirement years. Under no circumstances should you move here if you are seeking long term comfort in your retirement. Their advice to those struggling with the YEARLY RENT INCREASES is to get a job. For many there who are simply trying to maintain in their retirement years the future is uncertain.
