Stop supporting this kind of places they are not in a good area plus the prices are ridiculous. $1,434 for one room in a bad area. You have to be a fool to rent here.

SLUM LORDS. Do not live here. There are far better buildings in the city than this one. The property management company is one of the worst in the city. They barely manage the building and they are severely unstaffed. While I lived there I had a cockroach infestation. I'm not talking just a few. There were 30 in my room at once. It took a month and a half to them them to even acknowledge the problem. They rarely clean the halls or elevators. To top it off they kept my security deposit because I did not give a 60 day notice (typically it is 30 which is gave). THEN charged me on top of that. Be sure to tell them months in advance. The maintenance man is the only good thing about this building. Again live elsewhere.

Avoid this building, like RUN. Poor security (multiple break ins, package/mail theft by non-residents and tenants alike, unsecured doors and shady monitoring by management), terribly slow correspondence with management, and trash "amenities" (the "fitness center" is a musty black mold den and the storage lockers might as well be out on the street for people to pick through and steal your stuff). Antoine the maintenance guy is the only highlight of living here, he's prompt and responsive. Brought over a portable AC unit to use while the central air in my unit was being repaired. You can do much better with your money in Kensington (also lmao at management trying to market this as Fishtown), Harbison's Dairy a few blocks over in ACTUAL Fishtown is gorgeous and secure.
