After seeing a TON of apartments in the area, I decided to go with The Collins, in great part because of the experience I had with Danielle! Danielle was accommodating, professional, and answered any and all questions promptly throughout the process. She worked diligently with me to secure the right apartment at the right price, and I couldn't be happier. Excited to call the Collins home :)

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with the leasing department at the Collins, I am so excited to call this place my home! Danielle has been an amazing help from the moment she toured me to the moment I’ve signed the lease, she provided me with all the necessary information to have a successful move with assistance on getting a parking permit, movers, internet services and elevator reservation for my move in date. It was a pleasure working with someone that was just as excited as I was about moving into The Collins! She is very passionate about her job and it shows through her assisting me with questions even after hours.

**Edit to respond to Michael Duncan Regional Manager for Scully** Then you wouldn’t mind sending me the results of the inspection as we have requested multiple times.I’ll gladly remove the review. 😁 Also they violated a law i just found out by not releasing the results. Seriously run away. I am a current resident of this terrible building that is managed by the scully company. I was exposed to an industrial grade roof chemical called sikalastic-624 WP which was sucked into my apartment by a faulty back door seal they were already aware of. After having a environmental firm named Hillman consulting run an AQI report they are refusing to release the results and forcing me back into the apartment. Which still has a residual chemical smell. DO NOT RENT HERE OR EVEN CONSIDER IT.The scully company is a dangerous company that will put profits above your health. PLEASE Avoid at all costs

Nice apartment, lived here for 18 months. I miss it. Nice neighbors, great location, quality finishes in the apartment. Too bad the rent went up so much and there is neighboring construction - otherwise I would have stayed for years more.
