I was on a 3 year waitlist here. I was notified of a vacancy in July 2020 and was asked to show up in person to fill out forms. Theirs is a senior population and I felt it was most innappropriate to be asked to assume this risk during this pandemic (also being asked to go out to acquire ID I had lost after pointing out the agencies were closed). I had a hard time getting some documents online so my daughter in law stepped in to help. She contacted them relaying she was helping. After she did this, they began to contact her instead of me even though I was their applicant and the one with questions. They never responded to my emailed questions re living there, which answers I would need prior to that move. Three years ago they refused to show me an apartment also, something that should be a given. In those three years they never responded to any of my emails, yet they kept emailing my daughter in law in 2020 after the apartment became available. So, I didn't get my answers and decided not to live there. PS.....I was asked to show my SS card (which was lost). By the time you're a senior your SS number is on EVERYTHING. The SS Admn cautions not to ever be carrying the card, so I thought that was innappropriate also. Mainly, it is wrong to ask seniors to go out and fetch documents during a pandemic when we're asked to stay home.

Sick, sick,place found 3 info red cameras in apt. maintenance men sneaking in apt. When you go out cutting up my stuff locked doors with cameras and alarms total disregard for you and laws.worst than being in jail have all on film controls everything you do dicktator this going on for 14 years electric is so expensive many can't use heat or air there stealing you blind better have a extra 200 for electric no cap because the are stealing your money good luck I'm moving soon
