If you want to live near the city. It's good as a location. The building inside is very old.

Just go there and get the forms. I have been waiting 2 years but you never know

I would like to give a class for seniors. It cost nothing, it is to help educate them on there home owners insurance. I would give them a presentation on what actually is covered and I would look over there policy to make sure it is right

This is low income housing for seniors and individuals with disabilities. They do not own their apartments. If you offer renter's insurance that maybe helpful. I know the management staff and they welcome info sessions for their residents.
