I’ve been coming to Klarisana for a year now and honestly this clinic has saved my life from someone who has suffered from PTSD, depression and anxiety. Holly has given me so much wisdom and strength, Connor has provided me so much support and Sarah is so caring. I also love how this is the only clinic that has made ketamine treatment affordable and safe at the same time. I love even when they help you walk out to the car. I leave feeling less alone and I’ve noticed such a huge improvement. Thank you for everything. I hope one day I can meet the owner and thank him personally.

Happened to stumble across this facility while looking for information on treatment using Ketamine for PTSD/Anxiety. I was not sure if the reports about it’s benefits and success in several areas of mental health were accurate. I’m so happy I decided to try it out and specifically with Klarisana, the location is convenient and the staff literally every single team member is amazing! They are super knowledgeable about what they do and how the services can help and you. From day one you feel like they are truly interested in your healing and becoming the best version of yourself possible. I’d happily recommend Klarisana to anyone interested in a therapy that can 100% change your life !!! I noticed significant improvement after my 3rd session and I’m about 2 weeks out since my last (6th) session and feel like a new person in every aspect of my life!

Customer service/staff: Huge shoutouts to Sarah (the nurse practitioner) and Sean (the support staff/nurse assigned to me each visit). As a new patient, not knowing what to expect, Sean welcomed me and made me feel comfortable. His soft personal skills cannot be overlooked because comfort and nonjudgemental assistance is crucial during treatment. I needed help walking to the bathroom in the middle of treatment, and he gladly guided me down the hallway. During treatment, I didn’t know what state-of-mind was normal; I always wondered if I was the crazy one and being a burden on staff. But Sean was there to reassure me before each session, and give me grace while in an altered state-of-mind. Before each session, I appreciated the brief few minutes to discuss my last experience with Sarah to see if it was in-line with our treatment goals. She answered all of my questions regarding dosage, goals for the treatment, and potential side effects. All with a nice dose of charismatic humor. Those conversations were impactful to each night of my treatment. She seemed to really listen to me, rather than just pushing me through as another patient. Shoutout to Connor for being an awesome support staff/nurse as well. Even though he wasn’t assigned to me, he brought me to my room twice and made those few moments memorable. These three staff greatly improved my overall treatment and I hope all patients experience the same level of care I did. Insurance: I’m so thankful for the admin/onboarding staff that work insurance in the background. My insurance covered most of the cost, which made this treatment affordable. Several other ketamine clinics I looked into advertised that they would not work with insurance, so this was a huge selection factor for me. I had to get a referral from my PCP with specific codes. The staff worked with my insurance to make sure things were set up. From first call to first appointment, it was about 2 months (again, scheduling with your PCP is a time factor). Treatment: I was seeking treatment for mostly depression and some anxiety. I was very skeptical going into it. Was it placebo? Was it affecting me? Over the course of the initial 6 sessions, I felt like a weighted blanket was emotionally lifted off of me. I didn’t even know it was on! The change I felt was a subtle, day-to-day difference, but not all at once. For the cost to perceived benefit ratio, definitely worth it with how I feel 2 months after the 6th session. Experience: I had never done any psychedelics, so my 1st treatment, even at the lowest dose, was the most intense experience. The rooms are setup with recliner chairs, ceiling light/globe projectors, and TVs to watch space/nature/beach/ocean soothing videos. I tried one theme each time, but definitely loved the national parks and space as 2nd. Each session was around 1 hour, but sometimes went over. So if someone is picking you up, let them know it might be 1.5hr until you walk outside. I am particular about my music playlist, so I brought my own headphones and instrumental songs that really move me. Definitely a huge factor that I think affected my experience. I tried songs with words on my last treatment and every single word was amplified. Be mindful of your song selections. Shadows in the room were intense during treatment, so I was particular on the laser projector placement to minimize shadows.
