Words cannot begin to describe the care and compassion this school has for the children. Everyone from the office staff to the RBT's are simply amazing and our son has made tremendous improvement while there. I truly will not take my son anywhere else and I'm so thankful for them.

My child has been here for nearly a year now. Up until then we were doing PPCD at our public school. That was fine but progress was very slow and I knew that the teachers there were not able to give the one on one time that my child needed. Not their fault, this free service through the schools just did not have the resources. Once my child joined BI, we saw immediate changes within a couple of months regarding behavior and frustrations (being nonverbal, often brings on anxiety of not knowing how to communicate). BI works with parents on scheduling, our goals for our child, the mental and physical stability of our child, and consistently has meetings with us to check in. Aba can be intimidating and there’s always wild stories you find in the internet that can make you hesitate but I can assure anyone considering BI - they will find attentive therapists who genuinely work to find solutions for your family. The staff does activities and events to bring us all closer together, giving me opportunities to meet other parents with kids like mine. That really helps - with any parent that has a child on the spectrum, you can start feeling alone in this journey. BI definitely helps out with that too!

I have been bringing my son to Behavioral Innovations for 3.5 years and I could not be happier with, not only the incredibly insightful therapy they provide, but the kind, welcoming, understanding staff. The second you walk in the door, you’re greeted by a smiling face. The therapist are excited to see your kid! There’s no other place I’d take my son for ABA.

The staff is wonderful and really dedicated to the success of my child. It almost feels unfair to call them staff as they really feel and function more as family. I’ve spent the better part of my son’s life feeling guilty when picking him up from school, daycare and other functions because caregivers seemed overwhelmed after time with him. When I pick up my son from BI I receive a detailed update and most of all I feel they really enjoy being with him and helping him reach goals! BI has changed my life and I’m so thankful!

We accept state-sponsored plans like Medicaid at all our centers in Oklahoma and Colorado.
We have a dedicated team of billing specialists that will work with the insurance carriers on claims.
Policy coverage depends on the location. While we are in-network with most major carriers, state-sponsored plans depend on the center location.
We will work with just about any insurance company to cover the treatment of your child. However, coverage depends on your plan and approval from the insurance carrier. We will work with your carriers to identify eligibility and maximum benefits approved. We will tell you the exact copay and deductible that your insurance plan offers.
We follow a center-based model as it gives us more opportunities to interact with children in their environment. We do offer telehealth options on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team to learn more.
After we confirm eligibility based on age and insurance, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts conduct an initial consultation. This is typically a 3-4 hour evaluation completed in one of our centers. This evaluation will serve as the basis for a personalized treatment plan specific to your child’s needs.
