Spacious and quiet apartment with lots of charm. We love the amenities and all the green space to walk our dog. We are so happy to be a 10 minute walk from the train station and a short drive from some very unique neighborhoods with parks and lots of shopping.

Yep I believe it's 25 dollars per sticker per car for outdoor gated parking and around 80 dollars for a reserved spot in the garage
Well the rules in the lease state no aggressive breeds like pit bulls and huskies which I found upsetting but I've seen plenty of Pitts on property so I don't believe it's enforced which is great.
