Terrible customer Service and I'm positive that they are stealing customers UPS packages. this has happened to me at this location a few times.

Lousy customer service refers to the men who work in that store, they really don't know how to treat a customer, the truth is, if they don't know how to serve a customer well, it's better that they look for another job that doesn't have to deal with customers.

pon arrival, the property was not open, although it is advertised as open. The business owners quietly waited outside, even though I informed them that I was there to pick up a package. None of the representatives acknowledged my presence ... It was further explained that the delay in opening was actually due to the fact that none of the workers had keys to open the premises. I've experienced bad days before, but this was really appalling. Upon arrival, the property was not open, although it is advertised as open.
