When you ask an employee for a specific thing you want in your haircut, they act like they understand but instead do their own thing, I've gone multiple times to try and see if it was just a bad day for them, but no, it's terrible haircuts year-round. The only reason I decided to give this place three stars is because the employees are nice, i quite like the noisy environment they have going on, and it feels really home-ly.

One of the worst salon in Lilburn, Lisa don't know how to treat a customer., The owner is worst then the other employees. She Just wanted to rush and finish the customer and always in a hurry.. messed my daughter's hairs

Consistent service and good prices. They always make my hair and brows look amazing. They prefer walk-ins to appointments, so sometimes there’s a wait, but calling ahead is usually enough to get an idea if they’re busy.
