Living here for over 13 years. Love it! It’s called affordable living, no where near low income. You must meet their criteria to get it. If you have the opportunity to live here, I’m sure you will love it as much as I do.

Not all are low income housing some are homeowners it's a mix community some of the houses are Housing Authority houses the ones with the red door the ones with the bluish gray doors are homeowners the big building on the corner of seniors Apartments which is owned by Housing Authority

I don't live in Falls Ridge, but the waiting list is very long to get in any one of those units.
Yes it is, there are only 1 bedrooms for seniors in the senior bldg. 2 bedrooms are available upon waiting list.
