My application process with Ashley was quick and painless. I was able to see a model on the spot. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the property and pleasant to work with. Once approved Ashley gave me detailed information regarding the next steps and I needed upon moving in. She reached out a few weeks later to let me know that my actual apartment was ready for a walk through. There are a few minor things that needs to be addressed before I move-in in August but overall the apartment is great and my process was great!! I look forward to moving in!! I scheduled a tour a few days back for today, Saturday at 2pm, to view a 2BR. Upon my arrival the leasing agent, Amber, told me that the model apartment was no longer available to tour because of a pipe burst. Then told me they no longer had 2BR available. If I wasn’t going to be able to tour the model apartment and they no longer had 2BR available why did she not call me to cancel the tour? It was a blatant disregard for my time. She didn’t know how far I came from to view that apartment! Very unprofessional. All this could have been avoided if she would have chosen to call me promptly with this information so I could have decided not to stop by for literally noting… Great customer service!

I had an appointment on Saturday with Ashley to view the 2 bedroom model and I was very pleased. I look forward to moving in this month. Ashley is very professional and welcoming. Thank you Ashley.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Scheduled 2:30p appointment for a tour and the office failed to inform us that is during a time block they reserve on Saturday’s for lunch. I traveled 45mins from Annapolis to get there just for the office to be closed with a lunch sign stating they would be back by 3p. What makes it even more disappointing, my husband called them prior to 2:30p informing them that due to traffic we would be arriving a few minutes late. They ensured us it would be fine and looking forward to meeting us soon. They even failed to inform us then that they would take a lunch break. To make matters worse, another family was standing outside waiting stating that they too, had a 2:30p appointment. THIS IS BY FAR THE MOST UNACCEPTABLE UNPROFESSIONAL experience I’ve encountered looking for a place. To even consider the downgrade from where I currently reside should’ve been an honor. Everything happens for a reason and due to this I definitely will be staying in Annapolis and pay more. A peace of mind is more important than saving a few hundreds. By time we got home after wasting gas and a trip, some woman called and to my surprise no apology given. FIRST IMPRESSION HIGHLY POOR AND I BELIEVE EVERY NEGATIVE COMMENT MADE ON THIS PLATFORM IS NOT IN MALICE BUT IN PURE HONESTY. Please look somewhere else!
