I was very happy with Alan’s service! My computer was hacked with a virus and he was able to install an antivirus to fix the issue right away. He assured me that the hacker didn’t get any of my sensitive information which gave me confidence to keep using the computer. I really recommend Alan if you run into computer problems because he communicates very well with his customers. After getting my computer fixed he got in touch with me to see if the computer was working and in fact it was working like new. It’s nice to know that Alan cares about his customers.
