Perfect building for young professionals, families, and mature singles. Everyone respects one another here and keeps things pretty quiet. The apartments are clean and modern,. The building, despite being a little older, is excellently maintained. If you're looking for an apartment in the area, The Towers are an underrated option. A lot of the buildings they call "luxury" in Silver Spring are loud/poorly maintained/have roach problems due to closeness to restaurants, and charge higher rent for the fun of dealing with all of that. The team that works here are genuinely friendly, go out of their way to help, and have quickly resolved the occasional minor issue I've had. Highly recommended. Again, if you're looking in the area, a great, affordable, option that gets overlooked because of the flashier new buildings in the area.

Chris and Theo at the office do an amazing job. Their customer service is remarkable. They made the moving in process a lot easier and less stressful for me. Chris was able to answer all my questions and concerns as well as do an excellent job at explaining everything to me as it relates to the apartment. He stayed on top of things and always communicated with me throughout the moving in process. Thank you both for everything. Looking forward to my time living here.

Silver Spring Towers is a beautiful high-rise complex in Silver Spring MD. I was fortunate enough to have found this location for a 6 month lease and so far its been an overall excellent experience. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Mr. Theo, the leasing specialist. Even before I arrived, Mr. Theo was the same person who set up my lease, gave me every detail of the apartment I'd be moving into, the complex, parking, the costs and everything in between. He went through all the paperwork with me in a simple and efficient way (which was much appreciated after a 10 hour overnight drive.) Mr. Theo was thorough, accessible, sincere and answered many of my questions upon moving in. When I raised concerns about a neighbor smoking in their apartment which had inadvertently caused smoke to make its way into my living space, Mr. Theo and other staff members did their best in coming up with a solution and they were able to offer me another living space in the building. The thing I love most about Silver Spring Towers is how customer service oriented the staff is and Mr. Theo set the tone from our first phone call in earl October 2021. Providing customer service at a high level is what he does day after day. He still greets me with the same enthusiasm and treats every tenant with dignity and respect.

I've been a resident at Silver Spring Towers for almost 2 years and it's been great. the rental Office staff is very Professional and friendly. since I my tour of the building Chris has been very helpful and polite and made me feel welcome. the building is always clean and maintenance have fixed problems in a timely matter. I'm Very pleased and enjoying my time at Silver Spring Towers.
