Unfortunately my girlfriend and I was assigned Alona as our application manager. She has been so worthless and unhelpful this whole process. First she texts us saying we got denied and when we called her to ask what the reason was, her response was to call RentGrow because all they do is “put it in the system and it says either accepted or denied” so she gives us the number to call them and we call and he says we were accepted… She then goes to find the reason out of thin air saying our co signer didn’t make enough. After further conversation we end up adding another co-signer to make up the difference and once again we are denied with no reasoning. Waste of time and terrible communication on everybody’s part.

When I recently moved out, like a few former resident on here said, they claimed there were urine stains on my carpet??? I am a single person, no pets, no kids. Nor have any kids or pets set foot in my apartment. I wouldn't be surprised if there are a lot more people who've had a similar experience of false claims on their final bill.

Absolutely one of the best apartment complex’s I have ever lived in. Maintenance is constantly keeping the complex clean and presentable. Along with being super quick with responding to maintenance requests. Same day treatment. The only reason I give this place a 4 star and not a 5 star is because they aren’t as updated as I personally would like appliance wise. Other than that everything is perfect ! Friendly neighbors, I’ve lived here for 10 months so far on a 13 month lease and I have not heard any disturbances or seen any. It’s also a great place because it’s walking distance away from Kent Elementary. I hope you choose Signature pointe as your new living destination.

I just wanted to shout out a huge THANK YOU for the office staff and maintenance staff at Signature Pointe! I have lived here (unbelievably) 20 years now, and the property is kept up beautifully. I cannot even imagine all of the "behind the scenes" activities it takes to maintain a huge complex such as this, and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate everything that you do so very much. There was a water issue in one of the units recently, and the kind office staff and maintenance called to give me a heads up. Thank you for making this such a great place to reside.
