Rooms that we reserved didn't have everything as described. Moved to another room but with non-working amenities. Moved to another room that smelled like a wet dog, actually WORST than that. Moved to another room that we settled in for the night as we are all exhausted from the travel and moving from room to room. The only good thing about is the very accommodating front desk lady.

The owner was a rude unconcerned man. The came up with ways to keep our security deposit, My spouse is special needs. An Iraqi veteran with mobility and mental health issues, We requested additional time for checkout. They used this as a reason to keep our security deposit of a $100 dollars. This was a very dishonest place. Security deposits are from jump street planned to keep. Shame on this place, shame. Avoid these guys

We checked in the night of April 1st. The staff member at the desk was extremely unenthused. She was simultaneously checking us in, while 2 others waited with questions and she took a phone call on speaker. The customer on the phone asked to speak with a manager, to which the staff member rudely replied the manager wouldn’t be in until the morning. Then she ignored what the customer was saying while checking us in. It was obvious she didn’t care about customer service AT ALL. We paid $250/night per room but I would not stay there again for even $20. The rooms were ugly, dark, dingy and wreaked of cigarette smoke. The microwave was broken, the furniture was stained and had holes in it. There was a cockroach near the bathroom. I was disgusted but knew the desk attendant would not care so I stuck it out. I would not have gone near whatever breakfast was offered but will note that it was unavailable in the morning anyway. Thankfully I was only booked for one night and I will not ever be back.

The place is dated and the room was not clean. Dust under the tv and microwave. The headboard was dirty and had a wad of gum stuck to the top of it. The bathroom was dirty. Toilet seat had cigarette burns on it, the telephone was missing all the buttons to make a call. And the staff did not care at all! Because everything was booked we had no choice and we came prepared from previous reviews. We cleaned the room as if we were housekeeping. In order for us to sleep comfortably we bleached and sprayed everything down with Lysol. On top of the hotel being short on pillows. The carpet is so dirty that the bottom of my brand new pair of slippers look like I walked on the ground. This place is unacceptable and needs to be shut down if they are not going to make improvements.

We had 3 in one and one in the other it was around $55 for each room.
It is a service that is not necessary so I am not looking for. Sorry i don't know
I didn't have this problem. They are renovating so that might have a cause
