Rooms are not up to code. Very old dirty furniture, rust in the bathroom, dirty bed skirts, sticky carpet, certain was torn just tacky. Breakfast area was the only good thing. I don't recommend until they upgrade the rooms.

This place needs to be condemned. I spent 5 minutes in the room and left. It's old and smells bad. Rather than try to cover up the smell, get rid of the source....the carpet, the beds, the walls.... The worse hotel I've ever seen. Please don't fall for the stock photos of the room. Read the reviews and book your stay somewhere else.

I would leave negative stars if possible. We came to the hotel at 5pm to check in between baseball games our son was playing, so that we would have keys to get in the room later that night without having check in completed. Unfortunately, we were told we couldn’t check in bc there were no clean rooms. Check in time is 4, and we arrived at 5 and we were still unable to checkin due to the rooms not being clean and per the receptionist, she was the only employee available. Receptionist stated that she would go and clean the 2 rooms we reserved and they would be ready when we returned later that night at 10pm. When we returned our one room with a king bed was ready. Our other room with 2 double beds still wasn’t ready. We waited almost an hour and was told the room wouldn’t be available and we were given another king room which did not work for us due to the family dynamics, but we accepted it due to it being 11pm by this time. As soon as you open the car door, in the parking lot smells like straight WEED. This smell continues inside of the hotel. The hallway reeked of WEED and so did the rooms. The hall way was disgusting. Dirty sheets and towels piled up by door ways in halls. The actual room it’s self was visibly dirty and so was the bathroom. I honestly did not want to sit down or have any of my belongings touch anything in this room. My mothers room, she found a unused needle behind the nightstand. This was shown to staff who pretty much said there was nothing the could do about the needle, smell of weed, or disgusting rooms and bathrooms. Please beware and don’t book a room at this hotel. Hands down worst hotel experience I’ve had in my lifetime.

My husband, friend, and I booked this hotel because it was close to the Greensboro Coliseum and reasonably priced. We checked in and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I'd give him 5 stars! Our room, however, was not clean at all. There were stains all over the chair and table and what looked like cat/dog puke on our carpet. None of us felt comfortable staying there, so with Priceline's help, we received a refund. Would not recommend.
