CARPET USED TO BE RED MAYBE! FILTHY NOW! WOULD CHOOSE -2 STARS IF POSSIBLE. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. FRONT CLERK DEF SUPER HYPED. COULDN'T CONCENTRATE. Could not check in due to lack of employees to clean rooms, waited 2 hrs then watched as not 1, not 2, but 4 people being rented rooms as i was pushed aside and told I had to wait again even tho I had waited 2 hrs. Then I was asked how many ppl were staying in room, I said 2. Clerk proceeded to ask who the 3rd person was in my car. Told her it was my wife's friend from work and she would not be staying. Finally got in the room which was TERRIBLE. Floor at front door was more like a trampoline. Chunks of hair in drain that smelled so bad my wife had to vomit. Toilet stopped up. Then the phone rings and my wife was told "YOU BETTER GET RID OF THAT GIRL" that's verbatim what was said. We offered to upgrade to a bigger room. We were told no. We're also told if 3 ppl walk out of room in morning you're BANNED. We could not care less. Room was $80. Fairfield across street was same price. However all hotels were booked due to events at coliseum 3 miles away. We were also being literally watched by the owner standing outside. Didn't feel welcome or comfy. They NEVER ASKED ANY OTHER CUSTOMERS HOW MANY PPL WERE IN THEUR ROOM EVEN THO MULTIPLE PPL WERE IN THEIR CARS!!! PEOPLE PARTYING ALL NIGHT. NOTHING WAS SAID. ALL OF THOSE PPL WERE, I'LL SAY *DIFFERENT* THAN MYSELF AND MY WIFE. FELT DISCRIMINATION HEAVY IN THAT PLACE. Maids stood at door when we were packing up. Made us feel rushed. Never again.

This is a nice hotel with very clean rooms and very nice staff. I've always had nice experiences there.
