Service was amazing. It was cool for a last minute room on a motorcycle trip in the middle of the morning. But the rooms need some work in renovations and cleanliness.

Very clean rooms with a gorgeous renovation. The staff seems nice and attentive to my needs.the cleanliness of the rooms is definitely a pleasant surprise. Definitely and hotel i will use in the future and one i recommend to my readers

Rooms are extremely small and outdated. There was mold in the ceiling of the bathroom along with roaches and ants roaming through the room. The sheets were stained and there were large holes in both the blanket and towels. I requested replacements, just to have the same issues. On top of that, there was alot of homeless and drug activity on the premises that made me feel utterly unsafe and uncomfortable. There needs to be security walking the premise at all times as there are often random people strolling around the property hanging out and looking in the windows of rooms! My entire experience at this location was horrible. I will never again stay with Ramada.

The rooms were nice except for the space under the door that could allow bugs to come in. And our rooms were not cleaned during our stay. I was not happy that we were not advised before we arrived that there was a $100.00 room deposit for each room (I had two). Upon check out, I had to stand in line to check out, then I had to stand in line and wait for someone to go check my rooms in order to get my deposit back. If I did not wait, I could not get a receipt. There was only one person checking rooms that's why the wait was so long. There was enough of us until we filled your hotel and half of another. Took great care to make sure everything in your hotels were kept in the order in which we found it. We really feel that we were pre judged before even arrived simply by our name DND Motorcycle Club. We feel that you were expecting us to be destructive, loud and disrespecting, but as you can now see that is not the way we are. We have another gathering in Greensboro in a couple of months and wanted to make your hotel the one we would always use, but now we wonder if we would be welcome and get proper respect. I would like to say that the staff was nice, especially Belinda. She is really great.
