Hotel is dated rude staff stray cats roaming the dinning area begging guests for food it's been almost two weeks since I checked out and my one hundred dollar deposit paid at check in haven't been credited I have called the hotel several times and no one can give me an answer as to why. I will never use this hotel again

Yes, once you arrive at the airport and have your bags, just call us at the hotel and we will pick you up. You can arrange for transportation to the cruise port when checking in at our front desk. We look forward to you staying with us!

Their shuttle company is quite pricey, in an extreme way! The shuttle to/fro airport & to port Everglades (2 are scheduled to run over in the morning only) are free, but any other runs are expensive and you will find relief using Uber Pool (automatically splits fares with other area uber riders) offers rides around at a fraction of their prices. You can find many available ways to transport from FLL to Port Miami for much less if you review what's available on PortMiami's website and your cruise cruiseline's site, also, we found info for example on Royal Caribbean's site offering many options. I assure you (we travel in from Ohio) that Uber presence is thick & plentiful in the area and you can literally get off your plane and ship and find drivers readily available instantly and cheap! Plus you'll pay 1 fare rather than per person.
Remarkable start to your cruise. Our ship was late and they let us stay in the room for the rest of the day for $5 then took us to the ship.
Call the Hotel. Shuttles will pick up from airport on demand. They run to the Cruise Terminal 2x in the AM. Book the early one.
We did it and it was way worth it. Somewhere to go and relax, swim and eat while you wait for your flight. Highly recommended.

...there is parking near the front but did not leave rental there during trip...advise to speak with cust service for they could state this will be your responsibility...there are a few rentals in the area...the cost charged was $106.00 - the deal was included in a promotion...

You'd have to call for this type of situation. They do have a park and cruise lot, but for a "long" term like this you are going to want feedback directly from the hotel.
There is a small upcharge if you stay there. Very minimal and they shuttle you to the port and pick you up. Very excellent service that we received.

We apologize for any misunderstanding! we have the same charges as all of the hotels in the area and our charges are fully disclosed at the time of booking and checking in. If paying in cash we require a cash deposit if you use a debit care it can take up to 3-5 day for your authorization to clear. We always refund any deposit with out a problem. The only other reason is if you had room damage like smoking as our hotel is smoke free. We do provide you with an itemized bill at check out. You were smart to stay at our budget friendly full service hotel with many amenities including free shuttle service.

There is a mall for shopping about 10 miles away. You would need to take a cab or Uber. This hotel caters to cruise ship passengers mostly.
