I stayed 3 nights from the 16th to the 19th of September. Honestly, I was very confident that the treatment and everything that the comments promised would be given during my stay at the hotel, but it was not like that. I understand that sometimes there are a lot of people and they can't always be 100% willing to help you, but of those three nights, not one day did we have beach chairs. We went with a 1-year-old baby and it seemed to us that the hotel, by offering that, was going to give us a comfort that other hotels in the area did not offer us. We asked to be put on a waiting list at least so we could secure some the next day..., we went at check out time (11 am) from other rooms, and they NEVER had a chair to give us. Later we saw families of three adults and two children on the beach with 4 deckchairs... so I don't understand with what criteria they were assigning them. We ended up renting two lounge chairs and an umbrella for $60 right there in front of the hotel. I understand there were no chairs, but they never even INTENTION to get us ONE at least. They never asked us if we were OK, at breakfast always the face of "bad friends" who was attending cleaning the tables. He passed by without saying good morning, permission, or a friendly look. There were few tables outside for breakfast since 8:30, so we have had to wait for some of them to have an extended after-meal... I'm just mentioning it so that others know that there are things that can be improved or at least make you feel that they are going to take care of it of your discomfort. There were people with two members who sometimes occupied two tables!!! They didn't even bother to separate them to make room for someone else. I know that this is not the fault of the hotel but I emphasize it so that nobody gets these surprises that I got. In the elevator (we were on the 3rd floor) there was a lot of cigarette smell... which bothered me and my family, especially with a baby! They should review that and not allow it.

Rooms are excellent. Spotless Clean. Decor in room is white and very comfortable in all ways. Staff are fabulous. Location is absolutely perfect. This is our 4th visit in the past 18 months. Cost is very reasonable.

Super Clean Place. Very Comfortable Bed. First Class Room and Bath. Huge TV. Comes with so much more then almost all hotels.
