Had us pay 200 more for deposit which they never stated with booking after spending already almost 700 here to stay so that was annoying . I never ever had to pay for parking at a hotel but here they had me pay 9 dollars a day and my friends 20 a day. The sink in the bathroom would get clogged up and would take forever to drain and the bathtub would do the same. There’s this staff girl that clearly didn’t care for our needs it was like talking to a robot no help

Although they are currently doing some exterior remodeling and may look run down, the rooms are clean and tidy. The attention at the reception was excellent, all the staff with whom we interacted were very friendly.

Do not stay here. The hotel is very run down and dirty. Management is not nice or friendly. Parking is extra $18 a night. No early check in available. If you’re a clean person, you will not like it. I left. Do not recommend even if the price is under $80/night

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures you see. The rooms stink not clean i had to cancel and find a new hotel in miami
