The Smell of mold old nasty carpet & mildew irritated me all night. I knew when the driver pulled up & I walked in this was NOT going to be a great stay! That smell is so annoying. The hallway/halls smells too. Bathrooms very outdated as you can see the tub is nasty w/hair. A/C leaking something. I did Not feel comfy at staying here. I had a super long flight, sleep deprived so I cancelled my other 2 nights & just stayed the 1 & found an awesome 6 star way cheaper than $260 a night. This definitely was NOT worth $160 a night. lobby only thing looks decent!

They were great and accommodating. We had to evacuate from the Gulf side due to hurricane Ian. We were not sure how many days we would need. They were flexible and very understanding kind people.

Our room booking was last minute and we couldn’t have been happier staying here. The location was nice, near the beach and several places to eat or refresh. The hotel itself had a pleasant ambience, we enjoyed ourselves at the bar. The room was cozy and comfortable. Nathaniel was very kind with providing us our room and more.

Stayed precruise with parking package. Overall great experience. Only hiccup was that desk agent said shuttle was included in rate, but turned out not to be the case. Their shuttle charged $15 per person to the port and $20 per person back from port. We got Lyft for $15. Room was nice, bed very comfortable. Parking was safe. Really great location. Will stay again.

I never saw one at the hotel. Ive been to Publix store recently and they dont have USPS stuff. A USPS is located at 2800 block of the same street the hotel is on. But ask front desk on check in if they can help. Very friendly bend over backwards to help staff.

It depends. I would definitely recommend calling the front desk. Also, sometimes if you Google the location, it will allow you to view the rooms online like a virtual tour...
There is a shuttle for a reasonable fee. I remember it was $6 per person.
