My wife and I stayed there on 9/19/2022 and the service was far from great. We got there at 11am to see if we could check in and was told we had to pay $100 to check in early, even though our room was ready. Came back at 1pm and was told we had to pay $50 to check in before 3. The website says nothing about this and it does not say that $25 is taken out of the $100 for incidentals for beach towels. I have stayed at many hotels and never heard of such policy. The air conditioner was loud in the room and kept us up. The front desk clerks were so busy on their personal phones at check out that we had to wait for them to finish their conversations before they would check us out. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. It was the worst experience ever. Everything was misleading and we were not told of any of this when we called and made the reservation. Maybe next time explain all of your rules before they make a reservation only to be disappointed.

I really expected more from the hotel, it has an ideal location in front of the beach, but no more, they are not friendly with tourists, they do not speak Spanish and they do not have patience when one tries to communicate. They do not clean the room and have hidden charges such as valet parking service, 50 usd per day. Plus the value of the parking lot. And they do not explain it at the time of checking. I really won't go back to that hotel.

Hotel has a restaurant. The street behind the hotel has the World Famous Parrot bar and restaurant with casual food and seafood. On the corner, is Primanti Brothers Pizza and sandwiches. Two blocks away within walking distance gives you authentic Italian food and Mexican.

Yes, two beach chairs are provided per room per day and it is included in your Daily Fee. There is an additional charge for beach umbrellas, which is not operated by hotel.

I don't think so. Uber OR Take the bus system. If you choose that route Take the 1 North towards the terminal, then get off at the 17th Street causeway, then take the #40 to the beach and the hotel.
