Will the shuttle take you to the Port in Miami?

Yes I think a lot if people stay there for that reason. And so they can park their cars cheaply.

No and it takes then approximately 1 hour to show up after you call. Then you have a 20 minute ride if there isn't traffic. This is not a good airport hotel avoid if possible.

Not sure, that would be a question to ask them. Personally I would either stay closer to Miami or take an Uber from there.

It does. If you park your car there, the shuttle is quick once you finish inprocessing the hotel. Be prepared for a lengthy wait upon return though. That wait made us reconsider ever parking away from the port again.
