We apologize for any misunderstanding! we have the same charges as all of the hotels in the area and our charges are fully disclosed at the time of booking and checking in. If paying in cash we require a cash deposit if you use a debit care it can take up to 3-5 day for your authorization to clear. We always refund any deposit with out a problem. The only other reason is if you had room damage like smoking as our hotel is smoke free. We do provide you with an itemized bill at check out. You were smart to stay at our budget friendly full service hotel with many amenities including free shuttle service.
I posted before that they nickle and dime you to death! They charge a fee for everything! I've never seen a hotel so sneaky. You really have to argue for every cent due to be returned to you.
And thay charge me 70 $ before !
