Everyone greeted me when I walked in, were friendly and willing to help. I came in because I missed their calls and the date to extend my pawn. Darren was VERY helpful, professional and worked out a plan to save my items. I do and will continue to refer friends and family to Cash America Pawn.

The people are rude and obnoxious. They don’t know any general information about the products they carry and seemed to not care about making a sale. Genuinely surprised this place is open. Who is doing business with them? You’ll be speaking with one “sales person” and another one or two will chime in and talk over you and the person with whom you were speaking. Can’t speak for other pawn stores, but this one should be avoided at all costs.

It depends on what other people have hocked lately, or if they sold it to them. Even if someone had pawned one. I've seen iPads in there before, but I couldn't tell you which ones they were. If you go to this one, as soon as you walk in, there's a glass enclosure on your left, and if they had one it would be there. Could possibly be in the back too though. You never know. Your best bet would be to call them. A shame those of us, like you, are likely killing yourself and you can barely afford food... Working soley toward survival, seeing all the great stuff on TV we can never have... No one is better than anyone else, and you deserve better. Sorry to rant. Just tired of this. To me, all life is important, and that includes you, whoever you are, along with everyone, even if I don't know them, or even if I don't like them. Hope you find what you're looking for...

I have another question regarding this I have a family emergency a death in the family in Texas and my son and I need to leave tonight but we are short on funds any possibility that if we brought in an hp255 g6 laptop with windows 10 in excellent condition as well as the coach bag and pawned both do you think that we could get loan of about 160 for both? Hate to bother you but we are running out of time but can't leave until we are able to get money together
They will consider the retail price of them, and what kind of shape they are in of course. And then they'll offer you a percentage lower than what they would try and sell them at. I wanna say 20% but I can't remember for sure. No matter what though, it's a set percentage, from a policy the employees all follow. You can haggle more with locally owned places, but Cash America is like it is because it's a chain. The upside to that is that they are way more likely to consider buying them from you at all. I can almost guarantee that the little locally owned pawn shops wouldn't consider taking them at all. I could be wrong though. I hope this helps a little!
