Getting blood drawn was awful. Everytime a new vial was used the person pushed the needle in when the vial was pushed in and again the needle was moved around when the vial was removed for the next one. Then pushed down on the needle when it was removed. Pain shooting up the arm for hours afterwards. You still have to wear a mask; although, staff was seen walking around with it pulled down. No idea who the person was that did the blood draw because the only time I was spoken to was if I spoke to her. I am sure she is a very nice person but blood draws are not supposed to be that painful. Needs ALOT of work on her technique. Never going back there again.

Please notice time stamp. Came in and signed in. Opted to wait in car. Waited and waited. Decided to come in after 45 minutes. Had to sign back in. Now waiting for another 25 minutes and counting.

What is the problem? Lab tech got very "SNIPPY" about wanting my doctor's names. Look on your computer. Don't you know via your computer who sent lab orders in?! Seems like a control problem and a BIG lack of customer service.

Ask for Sierra. Did not feel the needle at all.

Across from the Wine Market on Gause. 2040 Gause Blvd. on the left in the new shopping center just before you get to Iberia Bank. They recently moved and no one can find them. They are off the main road, Suite #11.
Yes, but I don't recommend going there, the people are extremly rude and most of the time I leave there in paid because they don't know how to draw blood and I get bruises from where they tried to stick me, Oh, and hopefully you can get someone who doesn't want to eat a snack while doing all of this!
Yes they do
You actually turn in where you see the Iberia Bank, & you go towards the end of the buildings that will be on your left.
No you don't.

my first time there for labs don't know the fax#
