Until a year or so ago, I had no issues with this particular UPS office. Recently, I have run into two packages not making it to their destination. One is perhaps a problem on the carrier's part. But the second shows the label was created but no other progress was made, which to me indicates that the package was never sent out. It was a return item and I have since been charged for not returning the item since it was never sent out. Calling the main UPS number leads to nothing for lost packages unfortunately. The other problem is that the current employees don't seem to understand how to properly package items. As they are busy, they often take the item and say they will package it later. I prefer not to do that after having issues in the past with another UPS store - my package arrived at its destination damaged. So I now request they package it in front of me. The last time I requested this at this location, the employee first used a box that left zero room for padding/filler, then picked a box that was even smaller, then picked a box that was humongous (like 4x the size of my item). I had to be very specific and ask for a box that was a little wider than the first but not taller. It definitely confirmed my decision to have them package my items in front of me in the future.

Amazon shipped me the wrong item so they told me to return the item back to them. Amazon said the item would be labeled and shipped for free by UPS. I get to this UPS store location and they charged me $4.25 to print the label so the box could be shipped. So if Amazon is paying them why do we need to pay an additional fee. So I ended up having to pay for something that was no fault of my own.

Love this place! My wife and I have been coming for the past 6months and never have an issue. They are efficient, helpful, and are clearly focused on the customer experience. I had an unwieldly item I needed to ship and they worked with me to help keep costs down and package it appropriately. Highly recommend Paul and the rest of the staff!

We've had a box with this UPS store for 20+ years, since we relocated our company to Nashville. We have the largest size - a business box - and have been so well taken care of for decades. It amazed us that in the early days of the pandemic - amidst lockdown - that Paul was able to adjust and get us our mail. Paul will go the extra mile for his customers and we don't take that for granted!! This store is careful and responsive and we're so grateful. Thank you, Paul, and all at Edmondson Pike UPS!

First things first - you need to pack your items in a sturdy box. If you don’t have one, you can order supplies online or buy one at The UPS Store. Seal your box with plastic or nylon tape at least two inches wide. Don’t use duct tape. Wrap items separately and use cushioning material. Get packaging tips. Keep in mind, there are additional rules for special-care and prohibited items. Bring the package to a UPS store with the address it's going to and money for shipping. Or you can print a label at home and have them pick it up.
Yep.
