Some of the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Had a package I needed delivered and on estimated delivery day they said they “ tried to deliver” but didn’t knock or put in in our mailbox. Then held it at a customer center over the weekend. Customer service told me it was still being delivered but was lead on.

Had an important medication just left on the floor outside of the stairway at the other end of the hall where my apt is located. Instead of actually walking down to my unit the driver just got lazy to save time I guess. Almost had it.

My time sensitive package was delayed after staying home all day waiting on it. I received no notifications of this until I took it upon myself to log back in and track again. I called the first time and was told they would call me back with an actual delivery window as I was flying the next day and needed this item. Also I was told if I didnt receive this call from ups within an hour to call back and ask to pick up the package. I never received the call back. When I called customer service again I was first told that I could pick it up for a extra fee which is ridiculous when they are the ones delayed and I am saving them gas money. So I asked to speak with a supervisor and was belittled and talked over by the representative who refused to let me hold for a supervisor and claimed she would have to call back (doubtful they will given the track record above). Then when I called again a representative flat out told me that I could not pick it up at all even for a extra fee even though I'm a mychoice member. 3 different answers from 3 different reps, no escalation response, no package before my trip. Would give zero stars if possible.

It always varies. Suggest going to UPS website and sign up for tracking the delivery real time based on the tracking number. It's pretty cool & it works. Or have it left at one of their commercial partners like CVS & pick it up there.

He can make the changes himself online. He should log in to UPSers.com. Then hover over myHR and you will see the W4 option under the heading Pay. From there he can access the online Federal W4 form and make any changes. Hope this helps.
And be rude, disrespectful, and dismissive of your customers, especially those who speak a little differently. Absolutely an essential to work at this branch. And I would guess at all branches as headquarters was also dismissive of my letter about how I was treated at this branch. Disregard must come from the top down. I'd say working at FedEx is a great way to hone your antisocial, anti human interaction skills. If that's what you're looking for, look no further.
They have packages and boxes for you to put your article's in. Harry is correct.. you have to do the packing yourself..
