Turns out Amazon isn’t loosing my returns, this Ups store is. I had never had any problems with Amazon drop offs at Ups before but noticed this store has a habit of “loosing” my return and turns out this is a problem with this location. Additionally, the “our system is down” thing is irritating. This was my third day straight trying to go in with them telling me each time “our system is down” while they are casually scanning other boxes in and out. I asked if this was an ups system wide issue they said yes, I called two other ups stores on speaker phone and turns out other ups stores are perfectly fine. If you’re going to act this way, close the store.

They are so frustrating and unreliable. Constantly losing my Amazon returns. Showing up to their “system down” or then closed from a “power outage” not to mention the uncomfortable interactions I’ve seen and had with employees. Use another location so you don’t deal with the constant frustration of them being unable to help you when you show up.

THIEVES! They never shipped out my 3 packages and Robert nor any other person who works there never bothered to call me back. I called daily for 3 weeks. They basically STOLE my packages to the total of $150. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE STORE!
