I had one of the worst experiences at this UPS Store in Bellevue. The store manager was very rude and not helpful in anyway. I had to mail my daughter's original birth certificate to UTC and paid $30 to have it there in 2 days. Tracked package 2 days later and label was never scanned and no one can help me locate birth certificate. When I contacted store for assistance the manager said it was out of his hands. I have since emailed headquarters and am still waiting for a resolution of claim. If you need any help at all - DO NOT USE THIS STORE or ask manager, Chris Brown, for assistance.

The package was lost. Can’t get explanation where exactly it was lost. The store tells us that packages don’t get scanned when they leave the facility. Submitted request to corporate to find out where exactly was the package lost and if it actually did leave the store. Otherwise, what is the point of using UPS if they don’t scan and don’t track?! Items that were in the package can’t be replaced/ restored. If I could give zero, I would. 08/28/22: Thank you , Rachel, for your response. I’ve spoken to the store manager prior my review on Google. I filled out the claim and , like I said, the package wasn’t found. I spoke to a UPS driver here, in Huntsville, AL, and was told they always scan packages when they pick them up at the store. Otherwise, why should I choose UPS and pay $25 to send a small envelope if it can’t be tracked after I handle it to the cashier?! 08/30/22. This is a response from the corporate office of UPS. I am just going to copy/paste it: “The UPS drivers scan every packages. At this time, there is not pick up records for this one”. Rachel ( the owner of the store) stated that drivers don’t scan packages.

Had to send back defective company property. Without specifics, they did an excellent job. Wonderful customer service! This was my first time doing business with that location and I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks to those that helped!

Any company requiring a customer to wear a mask to use facilities is unconstitutional, American citizens are not required to wear a mask. UPS is discriminating against my beliefs and behaving in an unconstitutional manner according to the CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964! Stop trying to uphold fascist politics/ideas!

I really don't have specific knowledge regarding the Store...I was there with a friend..you can find out I'm sure ... with a call to the store..sorry I couldn't help..have a good day!! 👍
