Once again they have left packages out in the open instead of in the tote that is marked for packes. Then customer service center lied about them changing the address from a PO box to the physical address. There's a reason we use a PO box. Then the CSR rep tried to tell me I called USPS. Really then how did you pull up my tracking number using 1Z. Dishonest company

We only stop by here to drop off and pick up our friend for work but I will say the parking lot is always clean and well lit, everyone seems very polite here.

The UPS shipping organization in Nashville is awful. Unresponsive (mostly due to corporate UPS which creates remarkable barriers to avoid dealing with anything beyond tracking a package), inefficient, and the drivers are irresponsible (leave packages almost anywhere regardless of weather or proximity to the building) and apparently dishonest on a frequent basis (they like to claim delivery was attempted and reroute packages to the central place for customers to pick up). It is nearly impossible to get any satisfaction from UPS, whereas Fedex and Amazon deliveries are received here nearly every day with no issues. What gives??

Ups doesn't have an hr number. Only the 1 800 number that you will have to look up online.
You have to go there in person. They are there everyday mon-fri in tge same building as customer service.

Preload and Sunrise shifts pay $15.00 per hour and they work from 3am-9am at Whites Creek.
I don't know the #....i only know the address....1 800 # is universal.
I would go there and talk to hr. Second drive (from highway) Park in the one hour/visitor parking spots and the HR office is right there.
